5/27(月)のオープン時は混雑が予想されるため、混雑緩和及びお客さまの安全確保のため整理券を配布いたします。
配布場所 ・東京タワーフットタウン3階 RED° TOKYO TOWERエントランス
当日は9:00から上記にて整理券配布の待機列を作り、9:10分より整理券を配布いたします。 整理券の受取りには、コラボチケットのご提示が必要となります。
整理券配布時に、10:00から20分刻みで入場時間の抽選を行い、そちらの入場時間が記載された整理券をお渡しします。 お客さまの方で入場時間のご指定はできませんので、予めご了承ください。 グループでご入場を希望されるお客さまは全員お揃いのうえで、整理券の列へお並びください。
整理券を配布した方は11:30までにはご入場いただける見込みですが、当日の来場者数により前後する能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 混雑が緩和された後はフリー入場となります。
お客さまにはご面倒をおかけいたしますが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

* The 90-minute admission limit will apply after passing through the RED° TOKYO TOWER 3F entrance gate.
* After 90 minutes, an extension fee of 200 yen per 10 minutes will be charged.
* We do not accept any changes or cancellations of the date and time after purchasing the ticket.
* This event ticket cannot be transferred or resold.
* There is no age limit to participate in the puzzle solving.
*We cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between customers due to tickets purchased through resale or other means.
