We recommend purchasing a collaboration ticket even if you are only planning to purchase merchandise. [For those who wish to purchase collaboration merchandise with a regular RED° passport] Those who have a collaboration ticket will be given priority, and you will be guided as soon as those who have purchased collaboration tickets have finished.
What should I do to ensure that I receive the benefits?
If you have purchased a collaboration ticket, you will always receive the ticket benefits.
Are there any refunds for lost tickets?
There is no refund for lost or stolen tickets. Please note.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, you can. There are no restrictions on filming, but please be mindful of not including other customers in the footage. Please refrain from touching any of the equipment installed.
Is it necessary to purchase collaboration tickets even for people with disabilities and their attendants?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is mandatory to purchase a collaboration ticket even for people with disabilities and those accompanying them.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed inside the venue, but they cannot be kept. Also, we may ask you to refrain from using strollers when the area is crowded.
Will the event ever be cancelled?
It may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as weather. Please note that if the event is canceled, we will not cover any travel expenses to the venue (cancellation fee). Additionally, there are no refunds for tickets purchased in advance.
Do you have a trading area?
There is no trading area available. Buying and selling products between customers within the venue, occupying or sitting in the facility for long periods of time, and trading activities are prohibited.
I would like to check my baggage. Do you have a check-in service?
We do not provide baggage storage services. There are paid coin lockers on the 3rd floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER, so please use them. Please note that the number of paid coin lockers is limited.
Do you sell goods on a daily basis?
There are no plans for daily sales. Please note.
