Even those who have never experienced a mystery solving game can enjoy it.
How many times can I participate in solving riddles in a day?
A ticket is required for each participation.
Please tell me how long it takes to solve the mystery.
It will take about 40 to 50 minutes. However, please note that the time may vary depending on the progress of the game and the customer.
What should I do to ensure that I receive the benefits?
If you have purchased a collaboration ticket, you will always receive the ticket benefits.
Are there any refunds for lost tickets?
There is no refund for lost or stolen tickets. Please note.
Can I take pictures?
