What payment methods are available?

Which ticket do I need if I only want to purchase merchandise?
Customers who do not have a collaboration ticket (customers who have a regular RED° passport or night passport) can still purchase merchandise. However, as priority is given to those with collaboration tickets, it may take some time before you can enter the merchandise area. Thank you for your understanding.
Is a smartphone necessary for solving riddles?
In addition to the leaflets to be distributed, you will also need a smartphone.
Can I do it even if I have never played a puzzle game?
Even those who have never experienced a mystery solving game can enjoy it.
How many times can I participate in solving riddles in a day?
A ticket is required for each participation.
Please tell me how long it takes to solve the mystery.
It will take about 40 to 50 minutes. However, please note that the time may vary depending on the progress of the game and the customer.
What can I do to ensure that I receive the admission bonus?
If you purchase a collaboration ticket, you will be guaranteed to receive the admission benefits.
Are there any refunds for lost tickets?
Please note that there will be no refunds for lost or stolen tickets.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, you can. There are no restrictions on filming, but please be mindful of not including other customers in the footage. Please refrain from touching any of the equipment installed.
Is it necessary to purchase collaboration tickets even for people with disabilities and their attendants?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is mandatory to purchase a collaboration ticket even for people with disabilities and those accompanying them.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed inside the venue, but they cannot be kept. Also, we may ask you to refrain from using strollers when the area is crowded.
Will the event ever be cancelled?
It may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as weather. Please note that if the event is canceled, we will not cover any travel expenses to the venue (cancellation fee). Additionally, there are no refunds for tickets purchased in advance.
Do you have a trading area?
There is no trading area available. Buying and selling products between customers within the venue, occupying or sitting in the facility for long periods of time, and trading activities are prohibited.
I would like to check my baggage. Do you have a check-in service?
We do not provide luggage storage services. Please use the paid coin lockers on the 3rd floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER. Please note that the number of paid coin lockers is limited.
Do you sell goods on a daily basis?
Please note that we do not plan to offer pro rata sales.
Will you restock items that are sold out?
The restock of sold out items is undecided. We'll let you know when it's back in stock.
