Customers who have purchased a designated date and time ticket should arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the admission time to reduce congestion.

*You can enjoy all attractions within the venue. (There is no paid area)
*Purchased tickets cannot be changed, exchanged, or canceled.

*Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Also, please note that we will not reissue your card even if it is stolen or lost.
*If there is significant congestion, we may restrict entry even if you have an admission ticket, in order to prioritize the safety of our customers. Please note.
*If you arrive on a day other than the designated date, you will not be able to enter. Please note that numbered admission tickets may be distributed depending on the congestion situation.
*This event will have a 60-minute rotation system. If you wish to use the service for more than 60 minutes, please purchase a ticket for the desired time.
*Resale of this event ticket is prohibited. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any troubles that may arise between customers due to tickets purchased through resale, etc.
*Customers who possess any of the following items ① to ③ must be accompanied by a caregiver when using this facility.
① Physical disability certificate
②Rehabilitation notebook
③Mental Health and Welfare Handbook for Persons with Mental Disabilities
Please note that one caregiver may enter free of charge, and the person holding ①-③ will be charged for the ticket.
*The recommended age for the attraction "Garage Fuwa Fuwa" is 3 years old and above. Please use under parental supervision. Please note that we may refuse your request in some cases.

Do you have a bicycle parking lot?RED°TOKYO TOWERとしての駐輪場のご用意はございませんが、駐輪場は東京タワー南側駐車場内にございます。

Can you keep my stroller and wheelchair?There is a stroller parking area near the entrance, so please use it.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?館内でのベビーカー・車椅子の通行はできません。 入口付近にベビーカー置き場を設置しておりますのでそちらをご利用ください。
Do you have facilities such as a nursing room?会場内には授乳室のご用意はございません。 恐れ入りますが、東京タワーフットタウン3階の授乳室をご利用ください。
Will the event ever be cancelled?天候など、やむを得ない理由により中止となる場合がございます。 なおイベントの中止に伴う、会場までの旅費等(キャンセル料)の保障は一切いたしません。 また、事前にご購入いただいたチケットの払い戻しはございません。
