Are there any refunds for lost tickets?
There is no refund for lost or stolen tickets. Please note.
Can I take pictures?

Please note that there is no problem with uploading photos of the atmosphere inside the building, collaboration drinks, merchandise, etc. onto social media or other online platforms.
However, please be careful not to reflect other guests in your photos, and we ask that you refrain from uploading the Adventure Book, chat, and AR experiences used in the RPG-style roaming attraction onto social media.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is mandatory to purchase a collaboration ticket even for people with disabilities and those accompanying them.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed in the venue, but cannot be checked in.
In addition, when it is crowded, we may ask you to refrain from using strollers.
Will the event ever be cancelled?
It may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as weather.
Please note that if the event is canceled, we will not cover any travel expenses to the venue (cancellation fee).

We do not provide baggage storage services. There are paid coin lockers on the 3rd floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER, so please use them.
