We recommend purchasing collaboration tickets even if you are only using the service to purchase goods.

If I only want to visit the collaboration cafe, what ticket do I need?
If you are only using the collaboration cafe, you do not need the limited collaboration ticket.
Anyone can order from the collaboration menu at RED° SHOKUDO on the 1st floor, but depending on the level of congestion, we may distribute numbered tickets.
Is a smartphone necessary for solving riddles?
No smartphone is required. You can participate with just the leaflet provided.
Can I do it even if I have never played a puzzle game?
Even those who have never experienced a mystery solving game can enjoy it.
How many times can I participate in solving riddles in a day?
A ticket is required for each participation.
Please tell me how long it takes to solve the mystery.
It will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
However, please note that the time may vary depending on the progress of the game and the customer.
What should I do to ensure that I receive the benefits?
If you have purchased a collaboration ticket, you will always receive the ticket benefits.
How to redeem benefits of collaboration tickets purchased online
1. Click "Redeem Bonus" on the ticket you purchased.

Are there any refunds for lost tickets?
There is no refund for lost or stolen tickets. Please note.

Is it necessary to purchase collaboration tickets even for people with disabilities and their attendants?

Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed in the venue, but cannot be checked in.
