通常チケットの営業終了日に関するお知らせ
平素より「RED° TOKYO TOWER」をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
本ご案内は、通常チケット（RED°パスポート／ナイトパスポート／アンリミテッドパスポート）をお持ちのお客様、ならびにご購入をご検討中のお客様へお知らせ申し上げます。
当施設は当初、2026年5月6日（水）までの営業を予定しておりましたが、運営方法の見直しに伴い、通常のアトラクション運営は2026年4月24日（金）をもちまして終了させていただくこととなりました。
直前のご案内となりましたこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。
これに伴い、4月25日（土）以降にご利用予定の通常チケットにつきましては、弊社にてキャンセル処理を実施いたします。また、4月25日（土）以降は、窓口での通常チケットの販売も行いませんので、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
お客様には多大なるご迷惑をおかけいたしますこと、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
なお、IPコラボチケットをお持ちのお客様につきましては、引き続き各コラボイベントをお楽しみいただけます。
お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

This notice is intended for customers who hold standard tickets (RED° Passport / Night Passport / Unlimited Passport), as well as those who are considering purchasing them.
While the facility was originally scheduled to operate until Wednesday, May 6, 2026, due to a review of our operational structure, regular attraction operations will conclude on Friday, April 24, 2026.
We sincerely apologize for this short-notice announcement.
Accordingly, for standard tickets scheduled for use on or after Saturday, April 25, cancellations will be processed by our company. In addition, please note that standard tickets will no longer be available for purchase at the ticket counter from April 25 onward.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers.
Please note that customers holding IP collaboration tickets may continue to enjoy the respective collaboration events as planned.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and apologize again for any inconvenience caused.
