Cosplay event "RED°Cosplay Party 2025" will be held at RED° TOKYO TOWER!
The event will be packed with content, including special photo spots and an interaction event with guest cosplayer Sumi.

Cosplayers
- On the day of the event, please tell the attendant your name as registered on the application form.
- You may still use the attractions, but please be considerate of other visitors and follow the instructions of staff when participating.
- This event is free and invitation-only, so if any members of the public request photography, we ask that you cooperate to the extent possible.
- You cannot leave RED° TOKYO TOWER in cosplay.
Photographers
- Please purchase your admission ticket at the counter on the day.
- Please note that the attractions within the building will not be available.
- Please wear the wristband provided at the reception desk while inside the facility.
- Photographer tickets are only available to those who will be taking cosplay photos using camera equipment other than smartphones or mobile phones. We will check your camera equipment at the time of purchase, so please prepare it.

On the day, you will be able to take photos at a special photo spot at RED° TOKYO TOWER.
Enjoy dynamic photography in this spectacular space featuring four LED panels.
We also have black and white versions available. Create a special piece with a beautiful monochrome worldview.
You can also take photos at a photo spot based on a Japanese torii gate!
*Please refrain from eating or drinking on the LED panels.

■ NG items
- You cannot leave RED° TOKYO TOWER in cosplay.
- Taking photographs without the subject's consent is prohibited. Please be careful not to include members of the public in your photos.
- Voyeurism, unauthorized posting, and commercial use are prohibited.
- Excessively low-angle photography is prohibited.
- Vigorous dancing and running are prohibited.
- Drinking and smoking while cosplaying as a student in a school uniform is prohibited (this includes drinking or smoking while dressed in a way that makes you appear underage).
■ Photo shoot etiquette
- The use of a maximum of one stand or tripod, including strobe lights, is permitted.
- Please refrain from taking photos or occupying one spot for more than 10 minutes. Please share the space with other participants and the general public.
- Please refrain from taking photographs using large equipment that may interfere with the operation of attractions or obstruct traffic.

■ Prohibited costumes
- Costumes that violate public order and morals or are indecent
- Costumes that do not require underwear, or costumes that show underwear or are see-through
- The use of fake blood and violent depictions such as blood or bruises are prohibited.
- Wearing uniforms (including similar ones) of police officers, Self-Defense Force members, firefighters, current national agencies, or security guards is prohibited.
■ About cosplay costumes and makeup
- If your costume or makeup is deemed offensive to others, staff may ask you to change or modify it at their discretion.
- Please use your own discretion when wearing costumes with excessively sharp edges, costumes with hems that are too long to walk in, extremely long props, or costumes that may cause dehydration. Staff may decide to refuse excessive clothing.
- It is prohibited to bring in knives, flammable objects, or other potentially dangerous props. It is also prohibited to draw imitation swords outside of filming, or to carelessly brandish or point dangerous weapons or objects at people.
- When carrying weapons used for filming, please put them in a bag or similar container.
- Be sure to remove the BB bullets and other parts from toy guns so that they cannot be fired.
- Those who wear mascot costumes are limited to those who intend to interact with other event participants. We may refuse participation from those who intend to interact with non-participants, such as children and parents visiting the facility or outside.
- Participation in any activity that is not a hobby and could be mistaken for an official activity is prohibited.
- Please be careful not to damage the character's image.
- Please remove hair from exposed areas such as underarm hair, leg hair, and beard.
- Please avoid exposing your bare legs and wear tights, stockings, spats, etc.

- Please put away all electronic devices such as mobile phones, digital cameras and music players in your carry-on luggage while in the changing rooms.
- Staff may check your baggage at their discretion.
- Please refrain from using sprays or other propellants.
- Please refrain from putting on makeup or changing clothes in the restrooms, any behavior that may disturb other users, monopolizing the restrooms, or soiling the restrooms.
- Please change clothes in the separate changing rooms for men and women. Entering the changing rooms of the opposite sex is strictly prohibited. Only in emergencies may staff of the opposite sex enter the changing rooms.

- A luggage tag will be distributed for each piece of luggage. Please keep the luggage tag with you so as not to lose it.
- If you lose your luggage tag, we will respond after all luggage has been collected.
- Please be sure to take care of your valuables. (We will not be held responsible if they are lost.)
- Children under junior high school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event. Please be sure to stay with your parent or guardian during the event.
- Children under elementary school age must use the changing room of the same gender as their guardian. (*Staff may refuse to allow children of the opposite gender to use the changing room.)
- Please note that the event may be photographed by our PR staff and posted on websites and social media.
- The venue will not be held responsible for any troubles or accidents that occur between participants.
- Any damage to items or venue facilities will be the responsibility of the individual participants.
- Any dangerous behavior or behavior that causes trouble to other participants may result in immediate expulsion and further appropriate measures may be taken.
