Sales price

  • Credit card: Payment is made at the time of purchase (billing date varies depending on the card company)
  • Convenience store payment: Please pay within 2 days from the day after the order date. If the payment deadline is exceeded, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Product delivery time

Once your order is complete (or once payment has been confirmed if paying at a convenience store), you can immediately view and use your tickets on your My Page.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We cannot accept cancellations or changes due to customer convenience.
  • In the event of a refund due to force majeure such as a performance cancellation, we or the relevant companies will refund only the ticket price within a specified period at our discretion. Refund processing may take 3 to 4 weeks.



Sales volume

There is a limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out.
