RED° TICKET PURCHASE GUIDE

Ticket purchase flow

    ① Select the ticket you want to purchase
    ② Select your visit date, number of tickets to purchase, and options
    ③ Select a payment method and enter your information
    ④ Order completed
    ⑤ Check your ticket details on My Page

To make a purchase, you must register as a free RED° member.



method of payment

  • Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners
  • Payment frequency: One-time payment only
  • Please rest assured that all data sent by you will be encrypted using SSL communication.
  • Convenience store payments: Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Seico Mart, Daily Yamazaki
  • Payment deadline: Within 2 days from the day after application
  • Fee: 350 yen (incl. tax)


How to use your ticket

After completing your purchase, you can enter by holding the QR code displayed on your My Page over the 3rd floor entrance gate. This also applies if you have already printed the QR code.



Ticket transfer

  • Issue a transfer URL by clicking "Transfer Ticket"
  • Send the URL via email or social media
  • The recipient accesses the URL and logs in to complete the transfer.

* Once a ticket has been transferred, it cannot be used by yourself.
* Cannot be transferred to multiple people.
* The person receiving the transfer must register as a member (with some exceptions).



Cancellation and cooling off period

  • No changes or cancellations are accepted after purchase.
  • The cooling off period does not apply to mail order sales.

How to order

    ① Add the product to your cart
    ② Register as a new member or log in
    ③ Enter your shipping address
    ④ Select payment method
    ⑤ Confirmation of order details
    ⑥ Order completed

Once your order is complete, we will send an "Order Completion Email" to the email address you registered.

*If you pay at a convenience store, the order completion date will be the "payment confirmation date."
*Please keep the order completion email in a safe place until the product arrives.

  • PayPay: Log in with your PayPay account when ordering

Regarding delivery

  • Standard products: Shipped within 7 days of order completion
  • Pre-order items: Please check the shipping details on the product page.

*The shipping address cannot be changed.
*Delivery date and time cannot be specified.



Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to partial reasons on the part of the customer.

*If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will exchange the product for a real one at our expense in the following cases.

  • In case of defective or damaged goods
  • If you receive a different product than the one you ordered

*If exchange is not possible, we will refund the purchase price, shipping costs, and fees.



Delivery method and shipping fee

  • Standard Shipping
    Outside Okinawa: 980 yen (tax included)
    Okinawa: 1,500 yen (tax included)
  • Nekoposu
    Nationwide flat rate: 600 yen (incl. tax)


Regarding delivery without receipt

"Nekoposu" is a postbox delivery service provided by Yamato Transport that does not require a receipt stamp.
If you do not enter an accurate address (such as building name or room number), your product may not be delivered, or may be delivered to the wrong address or returned.

*Delivery may not be possible if there is no nameplate or if the name on the nameplate is different from the name of the person placing the order.
*If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be charged for redelivery.
*If there is no post or the post is too small, the package will be returned.
*For details regarding delivery status, please contact Yamato Transport directly.


If you don't receive an email

Notifications regarding orders, product shipments, etc. will be sent to the email address you registered.

If you do not receive an email, please check the following:

  • Has it been sorted into your spam folder?
  • Setting to allow receiving emails from the "@e-shop.red-brand.jp" domain
  • Spam blocking settings on your email service
  • Is your reception capacity exceeded and you are unable to receive messages?

If the problem persists after checking the above, please contact your email provider or email software provider.


Other notes

・For safety reasons, this site does not offer "delivery to door" services.

・Delivery is only available within Japan.

・If you encounter any problems, please contact us using the inquiry form.
