About RED° TOKYO TOWER
Where is the entrance?
The entrance to RED° TOKYO TOWER is located on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.You can also check from the Tokyo Tower homepage. Click here for details
Please tell me how to enter
You can enter through the special gate on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Tower.Please note that you cannot enter RED° TOKYO TOWER using the elevator that goes directly to the main deck of Tokyo Tower.
Can I re-enter?
If you have a ticket valid for the same day, you can re-enter as many times as you like up to 1 hour before closing time without having to go through any procedures.Also, even if you have a timed event ticket, you can re-enter as long as the time is up.
Please note that after the ticket time limit has passed, an extension fee of 200 yen will be charged for every 10 minutes.
What are your business hours?
Business hours vary depending on the day.Please check the business hours calendar for the latest business hours.
Is there a place to store large luggage?
There are paid lockers next to the reception on the 3rd floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER.Prices and sizes are as follows.

[Medium size] 300 yen x 24 units, 359 x 430 x 512 (inner size)

Is there a place where I can withdraw my money?
There is an ATM in front of Lawson on the 2nd floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.Can I bring my own camera or digital camera to take pictures?
During normal times, it is possible to take photos inside the building, but there may be restrictions in place during events.Please note.
Can I bring in food and drink?
Please refrain from bringing in food and drinks, but it is possible only if it is necessary for baby food or religious reasons.Is there food available in the hotel?
There is RED° SHOKUDO (restaurant) on the 1st floor.Light refreshments are also available at RED° STAND on the 5th floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER.
Is the first floor also included in the RED° facility? Also, can I use the RED° TOKYO TOWER ticket to use the 1st floor as well?
The first floor is not included in the RED° TOKYO TOWER ticket.However, if you present your RED°TOKYO TOWER ticket, you will receive various discounts.

Do you have a smoking area?
There are smoking areas on the 3rd and 5th floors of RED° TOKYO TOWER.Can I enter the museum while wearing a cosplay?

Do you have facilities that accept pets?

Do you have facilities such as a nursing room?
There is no nursing room available within RED° TOKYO TOWER.We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the nursing room on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.
Are there any facilities that can take care of children?
We are sorry, but we do not have childcare facilities or other services where you can leave your children.Do you have multipurpose toilets?
There is a multipurpose restroom on the 4th floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER.Is there a parking lot?
RED° TOKYO TOWER does not have a parking lot, but there is a ground parking lot and an underground parking lot adjacent to Tokyo Tower.First hour/600 yen. After that, an additional 300 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes. Parking lot business hours/9:00-23:00 (last entry 22:30)

Do you have a bicycle parking lot?
RED° TOKYO TOWER does not have a bicycle parking lot, but there is a bicycle parking lot in the south parking lot of Tokyo Tower. Is an AED installed?

What is a RED° membership?

Can I issue a receipt that is compatible with the invoice system?

Does the regular ticket include the Tokyo Tower Observation Deck (main deck)?
The Tokyo Tower Observation Deck (main deck) is a separate facility from RED° TOKYO TOWER, so you cannot climb it with a regular ticket.If you would like to enjoy both RED° TOKYO TOWER and the observation deck, please purchase the RED° TOKYO TOWER + Tokyo Tower set ticket.
Is it possible to change the date of the purchased ticket?

Do you sell admission tickets only?
Admission tickets alone will not be sold.Even if you are not participating in the attraction or are accompanying someone, you will need to purchase a regular ticket that includes the attraction experience.

You can issue a transfer URL from "Ticket Confirmation" on My Page.Please note that the transferee customer will also be required to register as a RED° member.
