Payment method and payment deadline

Product delivery time

Immediately after completing the order (in the case of payment at a convenience store, after confirming the payment), the ticket displayed on the My Page of the ticket site will be handed over.

Cancel

Orders cannot be changed or canceled due to customer's convenience after application.

refund

If the opening of the park or the performance is canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be made only within the prescribed period based on the decision of our company and affiliated companies.
In addition, only the ticket price will be refunded, and it may take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

Sales volume limit

There is a maximum number of tickets that can be sold. Popular tickets may not be available for purchase.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
Only in the following cases, we will replace the product at our expense. (Only if you contact us within 7 days from the arrival date of the product.)

In the unlikely event that it is not possible to exchange the product, we will refund only the product price you paid and the shipping fee (in the case of convenience store payment, including the handling fee), so please contact us using the inquiry form.

In the case of purchases made by credit card payment or convenience store payment, even if there is no justifiable reason, one day after the product is shipped to the designated delivery destination (including cases where the customer was absent). If the delivery of the product is not completed within the month due to the customer's convenience, the transaction related to the product may be considered canceled.
