*Each person will need one admission ticket to enter the RED° TOKYO TOWER 3F, 4F, and 5F areas.

*Ticket includes admission to each floor and use of attractions.

* Re-entry is permitted on the same day if you present the admission ticket issued on the day.

*If you are unable to log in to your ticket page, you will be charged the regular price.

*Prices and content may be subject to change, so please check the ticket site for the latest information.

*Please refrain from bringing food or drinks.

*Excessive cosplay (costumes that go against public order and morals or that may have an impact on other customers) is not permitted.

*Age restrictions may apply depending on the attraction.

Notes on group tickets

Reservations are accepted on weekdays for groups of 10 or more.

If you would like to inspect the property in advance, please make a reservation in advance on weekdays only.

Group tickets are available at a discounted price, but do not include staff attendance or exclusive use of attractions.

Convenience store payment

You can pay at Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Seico Mart, and Daily Yamazaki.

Payment deadline

Please pay the convenience store fee within two days from the day after the application date.
If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled.

About order cancellation

Please note that cancellation is not possible after payment has been completed.

About fees

If you choose to pay at a convenience store, an additional fee of 350 yen (tax included) will be charged.

Ticket purchases at the counter are subject to availability on the day. Advance online reservations are recommended.

Group tickets cannot be purchased on the day at the counter. Please make sure to reserve in advance.

Barrier-free

Those with small children

Children 6 and under are admitted free of charge.
Upon entering, please receive your free admission ticket from staff at the ticket counter and proceed to the entrance gate.
[ Strollers ]
We do not lend out strollers at RED° TOKYO TOWER, but you may use strollers within the building.
[Breastfeeding room]
There are no nursing rooms within RED° TOKYO TOWER, but you can use the nursing room on the 3rd floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.
We can also provide elevator guidance, so please feel free to ask our staff.

Disabled people and up to two accompanying persons are admitted at a discounted rate.
Please present your disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or digital disability certificate (Mirairo ID) at the ticket counter on the 3rd floor of RED° TOKYO TOWER.
*Event collaboration tickets are not eligible.

Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed. (Please note that some attractions may not be available.)
