Admission ticket
●1-hour tickets are not sold online, so please purchase them at the RED° TOKYO TOWER 3F ticket booth.
Sales may be temporarily suspended depending on the congestion situation.
●Children under 6 years old are admitted free of charge.
Upon entering, please receive your free admission ticket from staff at the ticket counter and proceed to the entrance gate.
●Customers with a disability certificate can use the facilities at a discounted rate.

One admission ticket is required for each person to enter the 3F / 4F / 5F area of RED ° TOKYO TOWER.
Admission tickets include admission to the 3F/4F/5F areas of RED° TOKYO TOWER and use of attractions.
If you have a ticket issued on the day, you can re-enter as many times as you like.
Please note that if you are unable to log in to your ticket My Page at the counter and cannot confirm your ticket, you will be charged a non-member price.

Group tickets are available for reservations for groups of 10 or more on weekdays.
Reservations and inquiries for groups are accepted only on weekdays. (10:00-19:00)
Preliminary previews are available on weekdays and must be reserved in advance.

Reservations for groups are cheaper than usual, and it will be a plan that allows you to freely experience, so we do not make advance reservations for staff attendance and attractions in the facility, charter of attractions, etc.

To purchase a ticket, you need to register as a RED ° member (free of charge).
You can check the purchased ticket from Ticket My Page.
After purchase, the purchase details cannot be changed or canceled due to customer's convenience.
When your purchase is complete, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive an email, your order may not have been completed for some reason. Sorry for your inconvenience, but please contact us from "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page.

Credit card payments can only be made as one time payments.

If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee of 350 yen (tax included) will be charged.

Purchased tickets can be shared with family and friends.
Please follow the steps below to hand over and receive your ticket.

- Access Ticket My Page and log in
- Display the ticket from "Ticket Confirmation"
- Select "Give ticket" and send the URL for passing the ticket to the person who receives the ticket by e-mail or SNS etc.

- Click or tap the ticket delivery URL to access the ticket receiving site
- Register or log in
- Ticket receipt completed
If you have purchased tickets for your family and acquaintances in bulk, you can enter smoothly by handing the tickets to all the visitors in advance from the Ticket My Page.
Only one person can be given admission per ticket.
Once you have given the ticket, you will not be able to use it yourself.
To receive your ticket, you need to register as a RED ° member. (With some exceptions)
When handing a ticket to a person who does not have a smartphone or email address, please print the ticket in advance by clicking the print button on the ticket details page of Ticket My Page.
It is also possible to save the QR code as a screenshot or bring the printed QR code and present it at the entrance gate to enter.
